A great location to explore all that the area has to offer, with the old town of Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan just 20 mins away, The Rhonda Valleys 10 mins away, The Brecon Beacons 1 hour away and within reach of Heritage Coastline of South Wales. Barry Island of 'Gavin and Stacey' fame is half an hours car drive. Central Location with Local Shops, a shopping centre, 3 Pubs, Including an Award Winning Real Ale Pub on the doorstep. A railway and bus station within 3 miles. Plenty of parking.

- The 2nd bedroom is ideally suitable for children but will comfortably sleep 2 adults.
- The kitchen is open plan off the living area, fully fitted with electric cooker, hob, fridge, microwave and toaster. The window overlooks the small courtyard
- The front door opens into the spacious, light and open plan living/kitchen area with wooden floors and deep front window overlooking the country side beyond. Two leather sofas and a flame effect fire for instant heat, TV with DVD and radio/mp3 player.
- The bathroom has a walk in shower, wc and wash hand basin.
- A small courtyard leading from the kitchen door gives a small outside space with a Bistro table and 2 chairs for morning coffee or an early evening glass of wine.
- All bed linen and towels are included and the property is cleaned on a weekly basis.
- We welcome well behaved dogs.

A 30% deposit is required plus a security deposit (which is refundable) and the balance being payable 6 weeks before arrival by bank transfer or cheque.
The change over day is flexible. Arrival time from 2pm - departure time 10am
